I chose Denise White Estate Agents on the recommendation of a family friend who had previously found them very helpful and I cannot praise them highly enough. I was selling my late mother's house and I no longer live locally so what was already a difficult time could have been much worse. However Denise White took care of the viewings and all contact with potential buyers as well as organising EPC Certificate etc. Following the sale being posted online a buyer was found within 2 weeks (a total of 22 prospective buyers asked to view the property of which 11 made firm offers). I was then kept informed at each stage of the conveyance process up to completion.
