We started to sell our property with another agent - that didn't work out and so we engaged Denise White. Wow what a difference, regular communication, responded to emails timely, telephone calls to and from where excellent and regular. Most of our dealings were with Ella and she helped me remain sane in the crazy world of buying, selling and bridging loans!! Ella and the whole of the Denise White Team were professional at all times, they helped to find two buyers for our house all within a short period of time so we were lucky. They dealt with so much I can't begin to tell you how helpful that was and as previously alluded to saved my sanity. As first time Landlords there was a lot to learn! However Donna made the process hassle free. She was always on the end of the phone or WhatsApp message to answer my numerous questions, quite often late in the evening too. She arranged all the documentation which was needed and kept us informed along the way. She is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend.
