Josie has been outstanding in helping to let a new rental property and ensuring that an existing rented property now complies with the new government regulations. She is friendly, knowledgeable and had everything completed within a short space of time. We were very concerned that the new regulations would make it difficult to continue to rent properties but Josie made the whole process very manageable and less stressful than we anticipated.
