Your colleague Ella was my first point of call and was the one who looked after me from day one throughout the whole process, she gave her absolute 100% service from the heart and kept in touch with me on almost a daily basis. Ella got me the answers to all my questions and concerns, she made me feel special and gave all the attention a buyer needs when spending a huge amount of money to purchase a property. Your estate agency is and will remain very close to my heart as you and your team helped me purchase my family home, a dream home that was absolutely impossible without such spectacular service. Ella was absolutely outstanding but the rest of your team whom I spoke to occasionally when Ella was not in the office were equally professional and helpful in the most blessed way. I personally feel that you have provided your team with an amazing training course as most of the other estate agents that I have been in experience with prior to yourselves don't really take their customers seriously and this is probably why I went through 9 other agents and was unsuccessful with my purchase through them. I'm glad and thankful to God that I found my dream house and through such an amazing Estate Agent that I will most definitely recommend to all my family and friends if in the future they need to sell or purchase.
